Zion Canyon Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation. A one night stay will be charged to your credit card per room.
*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events. The entire reservation will be charged to your credit card unless the rooms can be filled.
A $25.00 non-refundable deposit fee, per room, is required at the time of reserving and confirming the room/s.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Rates do not include taxes.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Master (100) The Master (located on the main level) is our largest and most elegant room. Everything in this room will make you feel pampered. Snuggle on the chaise lounge chair and watch a movie or sit on the private porch and soak up the grand view of Zion Canyon. The luxurious marble bathroom has a separate double headed steam shower, a garden Jacuzzi tub, two sinks, and a second TV. The crowning touch in this room is the 4-posted bed and 3-way fireplace.
The Hidden Canyon Room (located on the second floor) has a taste of the southwest with two comfortable queen size beds. Relax on the large balcony and enjoy the exquisite view of Zion Canyon or soak in the standard-size jetted tub/shower.
Narrows (202) The Narrows Room (located on the second floor) is quite the handsome hideaway featuring a beautiful king size sleigh bed. Enjoy a great view of Zion Canyon from a large walk out patio or unwind in the double-headed shower (no tub).
Angel's Landing (203) Angel’s Landing (located on the second floor) is a cozy room with a very intimate setting. Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath for two in the large garden Jacuzzi tub while looking at the surrounding views of Zion Canyon (no shower). You’re sure to have sweet dreams in the wrought iron king size bed.
