"We've been full-timers for almost four years. Most winters we've spent in Arizona or Southern California. This year we decided to try southern Utah. Since we still work full-time doing Internet-based educational consulting, we were looking for a winter park close to nature yet also near a nice city and airport. Zion River RV park was a perfect match for us. Backed up to a beautiful river with cottonwood trees and scenic mountain mesas out our front window, we were still less than one hour from the airport. Just as nice was the hospitality of Mason, Sue, and all the other park employees as well as the owners. The most pleasant surprise was the great interaction with the fellow campers. Established activities such as riverside picnics and scheduled hikes got us out into the wilderness exploring places we may not have gone on our own. We stayed longer here than any other campground since we started full-timing. Because we enjoyed it so much, we've already reserved a spot for next year!"
