Zion RV

Making Zion River Resort your Zion RV headquarters puts you within 13 miles of hiking and biking excursions in Zion National Park

When you visit Zion National Park, your Zion RV headquarters should be Zion River Resort. Our location 13 miles from the park’s south entrance is one of our main advantages, but we also offer a long list of amenities that keep our guests returning year after year, including friendly staff, a pool, a spa, massages, a playground, a laundry facility, a game room and a social hall with a surround sound theater. We also offer high-speed Internet access and phone lines at some of our sites. All of our RV sites offer full hookups. Those without RVs will enjoy our tent sites or camper cabins. Situated in a serene setting near the banks of the Virgin River, our Zion RV resort stands out among the rest.

Retirees choose us as their Zion RV base camp for our exceptional snowbird rates and special programs. Snowbirds that stay with us can participate in our group biking, hiking and golf excursions as well as exercise classes. Game nights, a book club and group dinners are also available to our long-term winter guests. When snowbirds stay the winter with us, they enjoy spectacular scenery and mild, sunny days. They also build friendships with our other Zion RV guests.

When guests stay at our Zion RV resort, Zion National Park is, of course, the main attraction. One of the ways our guests enjoy exploring Zion is on a bicycle. If you did not bring a bike, outfitters in Springdale provide rentals. One favorite biking spot in Zion is the Pa’rus Trail, the only trail in Zion that allows bikes. This wide, paved trail runs from the Zion Canyon Visitor Center to Canyon Junction and provides a unique perspective for viewing the surrounding sandstone monoliths. When you reach Canyon Junction, put your bike on the shuttle bus’s front bike rack and ride to the Temple of Sinawava, the last stop in Zion Canyon. From there, you will enjoy riding down the canyon at a slower pace, stopping anytime for photo opportunities. Most shuttle stops include bike racks, so you can take a short hike, if you would like, on your way down the canyon. Zion River Resort, your Zion RV headquarters, makes a great base camp for biking and hiking trips into Zion National Park.
